    Hard to order

    I have been with your company a long time now. This time, when I tried to order refits for the dispensers, I went on line and ordered, but your system would not accept our church credit card. . . SO I tried to call but all my contacts have changed (with no notice to me, the facility manager, with something like, “Hi Luke, I’m Steve from Aunt Flow and I’ll be your new point of contact “ Finally got an email from someone from your company and it took about a week to get this order through, with his help manually inputing my church credit card info. This seems a little “fly by night” for a big company to not have an automatic credit card input. Instead, I have to give a stranger, over the phone, all my credit card info, including the Security Code. Having your product and the dispensers on all our bathroom walls forces us to continue to use your product. That’s a good business move, and I understand that, but it should be MUCH easier to order replacement product. Thanks, LUKE
