      "Tariff Surcharge"

      We had expressed displeasure of the "tariff charge" on our last invoice. As a non-profit, we purchase from Aunt Flow and having the product available for our students has significant gains. However, we feel that $10 per package is excessive! There are numerous companies that have experienced an increased costs of goods. Rather its an increased cost of labor, high gas/oil prices, weather related problems, etc. - labeling your add-on charge as a "tariff surcharge" comes across as a political stance. Other retailers don't add "tariff surcharge" to their signage. Just a thought to consider. As consumers in 2025, we are aware of the rising costs of living.

      Founded in 2016, Aunt Flow is a certified WBENC women-owned company based in Columbus, Ohio. At 18 years old, I dedicated my life to developing a solution to ensure businesses and schools could sustainably provide quality period products, for free, in bathrooms.
